Parvovirus
Parvovirus is a nasty disease which spreads very quickly. It has no specific treatment and often results in the death of the dog. Puppies and older dogs are most at risk, and vaccination will stop many dogs catching it, but not all.
The number of cases of parvovirus is increasing again in the UK, the BBC recently reported that it is believed that the economic downturn is mainly responsible for this, as people are unable to neither vaccinate their dogs nor have veterinary treatment once infected due to the costs involved. Malamute Matters 
Our female malamute had Parvo but it was caught quickly and with the right treatment she made a speedy recovery and is right as rain now, The vest said because she was healthy. on a good diet and all her injections up to date helped her. Don’t ignore the symptoms, see a vet and get advice.
